Enter to win one of the following prizes: a BMW S1000RR, a KTM 250-SX, or a Talaria XXX Black Edition! Below are the official sweepstakes rules:

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Compra y Gana Miami Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins as soon as the sweepstakes is announced on https://entrymerch.com and ends when all available tickets are sold. The date of the drawing will be announced once all tickets are sold.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The following persons are not eligible to participate:

  • Employees, officers, directors, representatives, or agents of Compra y Gana Miami LLC (“Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising and promotion agencies.
  • Immediate family members (spouses, siblings, parents, and children) or those living in the same household as such individuals.
    Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
    Eligibility determinations will be made solely by the Sponsor, and its decisions are final.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Participants can enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways:

Entry Method 1: Purchase Entry

  • Visit https://entrymerch.com and purchasing the available HD photo from the store during the sweepstakes period.
  • Each purchase is automatically assigned a unique three-digit number, which serves as the entry.

Entry Method 2: Free Entry

  • Mail a handwritten postcard or letter in a business-sized envelope, with postage, to:

  • Include the following details:
    1. Entrant Name
    2. Telephone Number
    3. Mailing Address
    4. Email Address
    5. Date of Birth

Entries Per Method

  • Each purchase or mailed entry is worth one (1) entry.
  • Duplicate entries from the same individual via the same method are not allowed.

4. RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS

Winners will be selected using the results of the Florida Lottery Pick 3. The process is as follows:

Assignment of Numbers

  • Each entry will be assigned a unique three-digit number sequentially upon completion of their entry.

Drawing Details

  • Once all tickets for the sweepstakes are sold, the drawing dates will be announced on the website and via email to participants.
  • The winners will be determined using three consecutive Florida Lottery Pick 3 draws:
    • First Prize (BMW S1000RR): Determined by the afternoon Pick 3 draw on the first scheduled day.
    • Second Prize (KTM 250-SX): Determined by the evening Pick 3 draw on the first scheduled day.
    • Third Prize (Talaria XXX Black Edition): Determined by the evening Pick 3 draw on the following day.

Determining Winners

  • The entrant whose assigned number exactly matches the Florida Lottery Pick 3 result for each drawing will win the corresponding prize.
  • If no matching number is assigned, the closest matching number (above or below) will be selected as the winner.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries sold and the Florida Lottery Pick 3 results.

5. PRIZES

There will be three winners, with one prize awarded per winner.

Prizes

  1. First Prize: BMW S1000RR (Maximum Retail Value: $25,000 USD)
  2. Second Prize: KTM 250-SX (Maximum Retail Value: $10,000 USD)
  3. Third Prize: Talaria XXX Black Edition (Maximum Retail Value: $5,000 USD)

Conditions

  • Prizes may be claimed in person at 725 W Flagler St, Miami, FL, 33130, or can be shipped to the winner’s address upon request.
  • Shipping costs for the prize are covered by the Sponsor.
  • All taxes, licensing fees, title, insurance, and registration fees are the responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

  • Winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days after their respective drawing.
  • Winners must respond and provide the required documentation (e.g., signed compliance forms, government-issued ID, and IRS Form W-9) within five (5) days of notification.
  • If a winner fails to respond or meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner will be selected based on the same Florida Lottery Pick 3 results.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to:

  1. Comply with the rules and decisions of the Sponsor.
  2. Allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry details for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  3. Release the Sponsor from liability related to participation or prize use.

8. PRIVACY

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will only be used for the purposes described in these rules.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami, FL.

10. WINNER LIST

To request the names of the winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
